Police have charged a 20-year-old man from South Brighton following an incident in the city overnight during which police will allege he stole a taxi with passengers inside.
The man has been charged with illegal use, driving under the influence and a number of aggravated assault offences.
He will appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
