Police are investigating the armed robbery of a store in Peterkin Street, Acacia Ridge on June 6, 2014.
Reports indicate that two men were in a green Hyundai Accent 2000 model (pictured) that stopped about 50 metres away from the store.
One man stayed in the car whilst a second man armed with a metal pole, entered the Peterkin Street business around 3.10 pm and demanded money from the attendant.
A physical confrontation broke out between the second man and the attendant.
The man fled the store empty handed.
The attendant received non-life-threatening injuries and the second man is believed to have injured his hand.
The second man is described as Pacific Islander appearance, tanned complexion, short black hair, 170-175 cm tall, in his 30’s, heavy build, wearing a grey hooded jumper, dark pants, black fingerless gloves, a gold chain around his neck, tattoos on fingers.

Geelong Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for information following an armed robbery at a bakery in Lara this morning.
Police have been told the balaclava clad man forced his way into The Centreway store by smashing the front glass door with a small jemmy bar just after 1am.
The man confronted two female bakers in the store and made demands for money while threatening them with a knife.
He made of with an amount of money and was last seen leaving the scene on foot.
No one was injured.
The offender is described as Caucasian in appearance about 170 centimetres tall wearing a black hooded windcheater with white motif and black tracksuit pants.
Police investigating the armed robbery of a post office in North Revesby have released CCTV as part of their ongoing investigation.
About 10.30am on Friday 21 March 2014, two men armed with kitchen knives entered the post office on Beaconsfield Street.
The men, who had their faces concealed, threatened staff before fleeing empty-handed.
They were last seen getting into a car described as being a white two-door Honda Civic hatchback, possibly an imported Type R (EP3), with red and white NSW number plates.
No one was injured during the robbery.
Police from the Metropolitan Robbery Unit are investigating the incident and the possibility the same offenders have committed similar offences in south-western Sydney.
They have released CCTV of the post office robbery and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
Holden Hill Police are investigating a aggravated robbery at Manningham where a man armed with a hammer, stole cash from a business premises this morning.
At about 11.45am, the armed man walked into a Veterinary clinic on Hampstead Road, threatened staff and stole cash.
The man described as about 20-years-old, wearing a blue hooded top and a bandana around his face was last seen driving away in a cream or yellow coloured Datsun on Romilly Ave, Manningham.
There were no injuries.

ACT Policing arrested an 18-year-old Rivett man following an aggravated robbery in Rivett yesterday afternoon (June 18).
About 4.30pm, a man entered the Rivett Newsagency on Rivett Place and approached the staff member at the register. The man produced a knife and demanded cash. The staff member complied and the man fled the store on foot with a sum of cash.
The incident was immediately reported and police attended and searched the area.
About 4.55pm, a man was located by Woden Patrol members at the Duffy shops and conveyed to Woden Police Station.
The 18-year-old man was subsequently conveyed to the ACT Watch House and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery. One charge was in relation to the Rivett Newsagency robbery and the second was in relation to the robbery of a taxi driver in Fisher on June 14.
The man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning.
Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at Prospect a short time ago. Just after 4pm, police were called to a day spa on Prospect Road, where a man allegedly armed with a hammer had threatened staff and stole an amount of cash. He left on foot and was last seen heading along Prospect Road towards the city. The suspect is described as being about 185cm tall and wearing a grey hooded top which was covering his face. A woman remains under police guard in hospital after the armed robbery of one shop and the attempted armed robbery of another in Newtown.
It’s alleged about 7.30pm yesterday (Saturday 7 June 2014), a 38-year-old woman entered a dry cleaners shop on King Street armed with a knife.
Police have been told she threatened staff and demanded cash, leaving a short time later empty-handed.
She then entered a nearby convenience store, also on King Street, and threatened staff with the weapon. This time she made off with an amount of cash.
Police from Newtown Local Area Command attended and chased the woman down Alice Street.
It’s alleged that when police caught up with her, she refused to drop the knife and lunged towards two of the officers.
As a result, police deployed a taser, and she was disarmed and arrested without further incident.
The 38-year-old woman was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for treatment.
Upon her release, the woman will be taken to Newtown Police Station where she will be charged.
Police are appealing for information after a store was robbed at Wiley Park last night.
About 9.20pm yesterday (Wednesday 4 June 2014), two men wearing ‘hoodies’ entered a store on King Georges Road armed with a handgun.
The men threatened two male staff members, demanding cash.
Staff complied with the pair’s demands and they left the store on foot with money and cigarettes.
An attendant threw a chair as the men were leaving, causing possible injuries to one of the offenders. They were last seen running south along King Georges Road.
Police from Campsie Local Area Command were called to the store and established a crime scene.
Detectives would now like to speak to two men who may be able to assist with inquiries.
The first man is described as being approximately 160cm tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured hooded jumper, beige pants, and black sneakers.
The second man is described as being approximately 196cm tall. He was last seen wearing a maroon hooded jumper, black Adidas tracksuit pants, and white runners. Police have been told he was also carrying a black Nike bag.
Police are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery at a newsagency in Culburra on the State’s south coast this morning.
About 4am (Wednesday 4 June 2014), a man, aged in his 60’s, was working in a shop on Prince Edward Avenue, when two men entered the store with their faces covered
One of the men threatened the attendant with a handgun and made him lie on the ground.
The two men stole a small amount of cash before fleeing the location.
Police were contacted and officers from Shoalhaven Local Area Command attended commencing an investigation and establishing a crime scene.
The attendant was not injured during the incident.

One was described as slim build, between 180 and 185cm tall, wearing dark pants and a dark hooded sweatshirt.
The second man was described as wearing dark pants and dark hooded sweatshirt and between 170 and175cm tall.
Eastern Adelaide Police are investigating the robbery of a pizza delivery driver at North Adelaide overnight.
The victim was making a delivery at a house on Mills Terrace at 2.15am but got no answer at the door.
When he returned to his car he was confronted by two men armed with bats who demanded cash.
The driver handed over a small amount of money and three pizzas.
The suspects fled and the victim was not injured.
Police searched the area with the assistance of a police dog patrol but the suspects could not be located.
Both suspects are described as 20 to 30 years old, medium to large build, wearing dark coloured hooded jumpers and dark pants.
