Police from The Rocks Local Area Command are investigating a stabbing at a hotel in Sydney’s CBD this morning.
About 5am (Saturday July 30 2011), emergency services were called to the hotel on Phillip Street after reports a 22-year-old man had been stabbed in the arms, a leg and possibly the torso.
The man was conveyed by ambulance to Sydney Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police established a crime scene and are currently searching the hotel and surrounding areas. However, the attacker has not been located.
Inquiries are continuing.
