Police are investigating an armed robbery which occurred at a service station in Colac last weekend.
A man has walked up the driveway of business on the Princes Highway just before 7pm on Saturday, 28 July and approached the female attendant, who had just finished locking the toilets.
He has made a demand for cash and stated that he had a knife.
The man has then followed the attendant inside the service station where she has handed him a small quantity of cash.
He left and was last seen walking west towards Rossmoyne Road.
No weapon was sighted during the incident and the attendant was uninjured.
At the time of the incident the man was wearing a blue balaclava, blue tracksuit pants, blue coat and dark runners with stripes.
He is described as being around 170-175cm tall and of a solid build with a “pot belly” and spoke with an Australian accent.
The Colac Crime Investigation Unit is investigating and has released CCTV of the incident.
