7 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Mixed Business – Auburn

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a mixed business in Sydney’s southwest last night.

About 8.20pm (Saturday 6 October), two men armed with handguns and wearing hooded jumpers entered the shop on Northumberland Road at Auburn.

The males threatened the shop keeper and stole cash before running away.

Police from Flemington Local Area Command established a crime scene and conducted a search of the area without success.
