Crime Gangs Task Force with assistance from Western Adelaide and Elizabeth CIB detectives have arrested a 28-year-old man from Burton – a Finks nominee who has been charged with aggravated robbery and firearms offences.  

A 22-year-old woman from Elizabeth Vale was also arrested and has been charged with aggravated robbery. 

It is alleged that during the afternoon of Friday 10 June 2011, they went to a Regency Park business where the male assaulted the alleged victim and stole his vehicle. 

The vehicle was driven from the business by the female and has since been recovered during searches of premises connected with the accused.  

A pen gun was located during a search of the Finks nominee’s home address.  

The female has been released on bail and the Finks nominee has been refused bail and will appear in Court on Tuesday.
