July 29, 2011 – Update – Charges Laid – Armed Robbery – Takeaway – Toowoomba

 A 44-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man, both of no fixed address, are due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on charges relating to the alleged armed robbery of an Acacia Ridge takeaway restaurant on July 23 this year.

Both will face charges of Armed Robbery in Company and Enter premises and Commit an Indictable Offence.

They will also be facing charges of Enter Premises and Commit an Indictable Offence, Unlawful use of a Motor Vehicle and two counts of stealing arising out of another incident.
