Police have charged a woman after she allegedly robbed a Lawnton takeaway business tonight.
It will be alleged at 7.25pm a woman has entered the Ebert Parade business and thrown the cash register on the ground. The woman has then threatened a male staff member with a knife before removing cash from the smashed cash register and leaving the store.
Police located the woman a short time later on Todds Road.
A 23-year-old Lawnton woman has been charged with armed robbery, enter premises, wilful damage, assault occasioning bodily harm, and two counts of obstruct police. She is expected to appear at Pine Rivers Magistrate Court tomorrow, November 19.
Police have released vision of a man they wish to speak with in relation to the attempted armed robbery of Mount Warren Park shop on Sunday night.
Around 8.50pm, a man entered the business on Mount Warren Boulevard armed with a knife and demanded money from a staff member.
The armed man then approached a second person inside the store demanding a sum of cash.
Both victims refused to hand over money and the man fled on foot.
He was last seen wearing a black balaclava, black jumper and holding a large knife.
Anyone who may have dashcam footage of the area at the time of the incident – or who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour – is urged to contact police.

Police are investigating an armed robbery incident that occurred at Kingston this afternoon.
At about 12.30pm, three men and a woman entered a business on Yalumba Street.
When a staff member confronted the woman in relation to stealing items from the store, one of the men produced a knife and threatened the staff member.
The three men and the woman fled the business a short time later on foot with a number of items of property taken from the store.
No one was injured during the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
Detectives are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store on Ewing Road, Woodridge on October 29.
At around 10pm, a woman entered the store and walked through the aisles whilst placing food items down her pants.
A store employee approached the woman and the woman produced a screwdriver and threatened the employee.
An altercation took place resulting in the male employee disarming the women and the woman leaving the store.
The woman (pictured) is describes as approximately 25-years-old, having an olive complexion with a medium build and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a white and pink top, with black shorts with red stripes on the sides and black thongs.
Police believe the woman in the CCTV may be able to assist police with their investigation into the robbery.

Police have charged a man following an alleged armed robbery in Cairns North this afternoon.
It will be alleged around 4:40pm a man entered a medical centre on Sheridan Street armed with knife.
Police will further allege the man demanded a doctor fill out a medical script before fleeing to a nearby pharmacy to obtain the pharmaceuticals.
Officers commenced patrols of the area and a man was taken into custody at the intersection of Lily Street and Sheridan Street just after 6pm.
A 38-year-old Bungalow man has been charged with one count each of armed robbery, fraud, unlawful possession of a weapon (Category M) and possessing dangerous drugs.
He is due to appear in Cairns Magistrates Court on November 7.
Police investigating the attempted armed robbery of a chemist at Ningi on Sunday have released vision of the incident.
At around 8.30am on November 4, a man entered the business on Bribie Island Road through the automatic doors and then stepped behind the counter.
The man then threatened the male Chemist on duty and made demands for goods.
Following a brief altercation, the man fled the scene empty handed and onto Bribie Island Road where he was last seen heading in an easterly direction.
Officers believe the man depicted in the CCTV may be able to assist with investigations into the incident.
He is described as Caucasion, aged between 18 and 25 years, approximately 180 centimetres tall and wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper, dark shorts and dark sunglasses.

Police have charged a 31-year-old Little Mountain man with 10 offences including armed robbery and dangerous driving after a car was allegedly stolen from a Caboolture petrol station overnight by a man armed with a firearm.
Around 00:20am this morning a man attended a Pumicestone Road service station and allegedly attempted to gain entry to a parked car, damaging the passenger side door in his attempt.
He then spotted a man standing next to a nearby vehicle and approached him. Police will allege the man jumped into the passenger’s side of the vehicle, produced a firearm and demanded the other man get into the vehicle and drive.
The victim, a 47-year-old from Deception Bay refused and fled on foot.
The man had difficulties with the manual vehicle, grinding the gears and crashing it into bollards at the service station as he drove off.
Police, having been called to the alleged armed robbery, were on the scene as the vehicle exited the service station.
The vehicle failed to stop for police and a pursuit was commenced.
Police pursued the vehicle to Toorbul, with the man driving off a small embankment and into
shallow water on the Esplanade.
Following a stand-off with officers the man surrendered his firearm and was taken into custody.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Caboolture Magistrates Court tomorrow
charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one count each of armed
robbery, unlawful possession of a category B firearm which was used to commit an indictable
offence, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, evade police, burglary, receiving tainted property,
attempted unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and wilful damage.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged following an incident overnight involving a taxi.
At around 1am, it will be alleged a 30-year-old taxi driver was assaulted by his passenger, causing the vehicle to crash into a fence on Kathleen Court.
It will further be alleged the driver was threatened again while demands were made for his taxi and belongings.
The driver exited the vehicle on Christian Court and it will be alleged the passenger drove away in the taxi.
Police will allege they located the boy and vehicle a short time later in Plumtree Lane.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with armed robbery, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlicensed driving.
Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station which occurred at Crestmead yesterday afternoon.
Around 1.45pm two men entered the Burnstead Road business, one armed with a knife.
The men threatened a 26-year-old female attendant and demanded money.
The attendant complied, and the men then fled the service station, leaving the scene in a stolen vehicle, which was being driven by a third man.
One man is described as 180cm tall with a slim build, heavily tanned, wearing a black shirt, long black shorts, black shoes and a dark face covering.
The second man is described as 180cm tall with a slim build, cream or beige shorts, dark shirt, white shoes with dark socks with a white face covering.
The stolen vehicle is a silver Ford Fiesta sedan, bearing Queensland registration 553YJC.
Police are appealing to any members of the public who may have been in the area at the time, or who may have dash cam vision to contact police.
Police have released footage of two men who may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Police have released additional CCTV of the armed robbery of a drive through bottle shop in Nambour which occurred Saturday in a bid to identify the man suspected of being involved.
Around 5.30pm on October 13, a man approached the counter of the shop via the Short Street entrance and produced a large knife.
He demanded money and the 28-year-old female attendant complied before the man left the bottle shop on foot towards Short Street, with a sum of cash.
Officers believe the man depicted in the vision may be able to assist with investigations into the incident.
He is described as Caucasian with a pale complexion, clean shaven with dark sideburns.
The man was wearing a black shiny jacket, a black shirt and grey and green patterned long pants.
