Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Earlville yesterday evening.

At about 11pm, a man armed with a knife entered a convenience store on Mulgrave Road and demanded cash from a staff member.

The man fled the store a short time later with a sum of cash.

No one was injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Rockhampton yesterday evening.

At about 7.45pm, a man using an automatic teller machine in Musgrave Street was approached by a man armed with a knife who demanded his wallet.

The man attempted to run from the armed man, however fell dropping his wallet.

The armed man took the wallet and fled the scene in a vehicle.

No one was injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.

Police have charged two people after a bottle shop was allegedly held up with a pair of scissors in Redcliffe last night.

It is alleged at around 8.15pm a man and woman entered the business on Ashmole Road.

The woman then allegedly went behind the counter and threatened the 27-year-old female store attendant with a pair of scissors, demanding money from the till.

The attendant complied and the woman allegedly took a sum of cash while the man removed a number of bottles of alcohol form the shelves.

The pair then fled the scene on foot. No one was injured as a result of the incident.

A short time later police attended a disturbance at an address on nearby Ettie Street where they located two people meeting a similar description to the man and woman along with cash, alcohol and scissors.

Both were arrested and a 32-year-old Caboolture woman and 28-year-old man were charged with armed robbery in company.

They are due to appear in Redcliffe Magistrates Court today.

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Annerley this evening.

At about 8pm, a man armed with a knife entered a petrol station on Ipswich Road and confronted the staff member.

The armed man removed a quantity of cash and fled the store on foot along Ipswich Road.

No one was injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.

Police are seeking to locate the occupants of the pictured vehicle linked to an armed robbery at a Warner service station this evening and an earlier incident in Hendra.

At around 9:10 pm a stolen Black, Holden Trax, SUV wagon (pictured) entered the Old North Road business. One man remained in the vehicle, a second man armed with a gun and a woman got out of the car.

The armed man entered the store and demanded cash.

The two men and the woman fled the store in the stolen Holden.

This incident is believed to be linked to the earlier attempted armed robbery of a woman on The Promenade, Hendra.

Anyone who observes the vehicle are advised to contact police and not to approach the vehicle.

Police are seeking any witnesses or dashcam footage from anyone who was driving in that area at that time to contact police.

Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred at Darra yesterday evening.

At about 7.30pm, a man carrying a machete entered a grocery store on Monier Road.

Staff who witnessed the man enter the store retreated to a staff room where they locked the door.

The armed man attempted to access the locked room however was unsuccessful.

The man fled the scene a short time later.

No one was injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.

Police have release additional vision in relation to the armed robbery of a convenience store in Woodridge on Saturday, September 15.

Just after 5pm a group of four teenagers, one of whom was armed with a knife, entered the business on Smith Road.

The group demanded money from a male staff member before leaving with a sum of cash and quantity of cigarettes.

The teenagers fled the scene in a black Holden HSV, which had been reported stolen from Marsden and sighted at Algester that afternoon.

The male staff member received minor bruising during the robbery.

The vehicle is described as a black 2003 Holden HSV Clubsport with Queensland registration 276-TKU.

Half an hour prior to the armed robbery, that same vehicle was used to steal around $40 worth of unleaded petrol from a service Station at Waller Road, Heritage Park.

Police urge anyone who recognises the people in the vision – or who have seen that vehicle in the vicinity of Waller Road, around 4.30pm – to contact police.

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at Acacia Ridge early this morning.

At about 12.40 am, three men armed with a baseball bat entered a service station on Learoyd Road and demanded cash.

One of the men took a quantity of cash and cigarettes prior to all three men fleeing the scene towards Watson Road.

No one was injured during the incident.

Investigations are continuing.

A man has been charged after allegedly attacking another man with a machete then robbing a fast food outlet on the Sunshine Coast on October 7.

It will be alleged around 10pm a 34-year-old Ninderry man was slashed on the arm and back by another man with a machete outside of a licensed premises near the intersection of Scott and Stevens Streets in Yandina.

The victim suffered a deep laceration to his arm and was transported to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for surgery to the wound.

It is further alleged at around 11.30pm a man entered a fast foot outlet on Currie Street in Nambour, approached the counter and demanded money from the 28-year-old male store attendant, suggesting he was armed.

The store attendant complied and handed over a sum of cash before the man fled the scene.

At around 12.30am on October 8 the same man allegedly broke into a service station on Farrell Street, Yandina and stole some items before filling a vehicle with fuel and driving away without paying.

Ongoing investigations led police to conduct a search at a Kiamba residence yesterday where a 29-year-old Lutwyche man was arrested.

He was charged with two counts of stealing and one count each of wounding, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, armed robbery, enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence, enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, receiving tainted property and possession of a knife in a public place.

He is due to appear in Maroochydore Magistrates Court today (October 9).

Police have charged two men following two alleged armed robberies in the Sunshine Coast.

It will be alleged just before 9pm on September 30, a man entered a coffee shop at Park Place in Caloundra armed with a tomahawk. He threatened a staff member, demanding they handover cash from the till. The employee complied, and the man fled with a sum of cash.

It will be further alleged at 12.20pm on October 1 two men entered a Beerburrum Road liquor outlet at Aroona and threatened a female staff member with a tomahawk demanding cash. The staff member complied, and the men fled the store with a sum of cash.

A 34-year-old Currimundi man has been charged with two counts of armed robbery, and one count each of enter premises, fraud and stealing.

A 28-year-old Moffat Beach man has been charged with one count of armed robbery.

Both men will appear at the Maroochydore Magistrates Court today, October 5.
