Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred late last night in Nundah.
Shortly after 11pm, a man has entered a bottle shop on Sandgate Road and walked behind the counter.
He produced a knife and demanded money from the attendant, who has complied and handed the man a sum of cash.
The man has then fled the scene and was last seen on a black bike riding towards Danby Lane.
The attendant wasn’t physically injured as a result of the robbery.
The man is described as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance, around 150cms tall and had a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a green beanie.
Investigations into the incident are continuing
Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a bottle shop on Semaphore Road at Exeter.
About 7.20pm, a man allegedly armed with a knife threatened staff and demanded money from the staff member.
The money was placed in a black plastic garbage bag before the offender got into the passenger side of a dark coloured Commodore sedan which was last seen on Swan Terrace.
The offender wore a black ski-style mask, a black puffy jacket and black gloves. He had a large watch on his left wrist.

Sturt Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a hotel bottle shop at Mile End today.
Just before 2.30pm, a man armed with a knife walked into the drive-through of the Mile End Hotel on Henley Beach Road and threatened staff.
He stole a sum of money before fleeing on foot.
No staff members were injured during the robbery.
The suspect was last seen heading west on Henley Beach Road.
He is described as about 185 cm (or 6’1″) tall, with a skinny build, and wearing a black hoodie with his face covered.
He was carrying a white and blue Coles shopping bag.

Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a bottle shop in Campbelltown overnight.
Just after 7pm (Thursday 26 June 2014), a man entered the store on Lindesay Street and threatened staff with a firearm.
He fled the location a short time later with cash and cigarettes.
No one was injured during the incident.
Officers from Campbelltown Local Area Command were notified and launched an investigation.
Local police, with the assistance of the Dog Unit, conducted an extensive search of the surrounding area; however the man was not found.
Investigators also spoke to a number of witnesses at the location.
A crime scene was established at the store and examined by forensic specialists.
Inquiries into the matter are continuing and police have now released CCTV images of a man who police believe may be able to assist in the investigation.
The man depicted in the images is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his late 30s to early 40s, about 173cm tall, short hair with a bald patch on top of his head, facial stubble and of a thin build.
He’s shown wearing a fluorescent yellow high-visibility jumper, dark-coloured pants, white joggers and carrying a black bag.
Anyone who knows the man’s identity of has any information that could assist detectives is urged to come forward.
Police are investigating a robbery that occurred overnight in Nerang.
Just after 9pm, a security guard attended a liquor outlet at a Nerang shopping complex on Nerang-Beaudesert Road.
Upon leaving the outlet he was approached from behind as he was about to enter his car and had what is believed to be a gun placed against him.
The male offender has demanded he hand over a bag containing cash and has then grabbed the bag and pushed the man into his vehicle before fleeing on foot along Nerang-Beaudesert Road.
The man wasn’t physically injured as a result of the robbery.
Investigations are continuing.
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery at the Liquor Legends bottle shop on Belconnen Way, Hawker.
On Tuesday (17 June) evening around 8.40pm a male offender armed with a hammer entered the bottle shop and used the tool to smash two holes in the front glass panel of the premises. He then demanded cash from an employee, who complied with the demand.
The offender then fled the scene, running in a westerly direction along Belconnen Way.
The offender is described as wearing blue jeans, a black hooded jumper, white ski goggles and a balaclava. He is approximately 6’2” (188 cm) tall, with a solid build and is described as having an Australian accent.

Yesterday police arrested and charged a 38-year-old man from Christie Downs for aggravated robbery.
Police will allege at about 1.40pm, Tuesday 3 June, the man armed with a knife entered the Sip ‘n’ Save Liquor Store on Galloway Road O’Sullivan Beach and demanded cash.
He has been further charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass, three counts of aggravated assault and attempt robbery.
The man was refused police bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court today

Police will allege the 25-year-old man, armed with a tyre iron, entered the Bauer Street business and demanded money from the shop attendants before fleeing the store with a sum of cash.
The man is scheduled to reappear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on July 24.
