Police are investigating the use of a stolen credit card in Blackburn in February.
Investigators have been told that between 2.00am and 2.10am on Tuesday 3 February offender/s broke into a vehicle parked outside an address on Attunga Street, Blackburn.
A wallet, including a bank card, was stolen from the car.
The following day at about 3.50pm it’s alleged a woman used the stolen card to withdraw an amount of cash from an account at a bank on Main Street, Box Hill.
Police have released an image of a man that they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, approximately 160cm tall, with a medium to solid build and long brown hair.
She was wearing white pants, a black singlet top and sunglasses on top of her head at the time.
Armed Crime Squad detectives are investigating a series of armed robberies and attempted armed robberies on Gaming Venues in the north-western metropolitan area.
Investigators believe the same group of men are responsible for 15 incidents which were committed between 7 December 2014 and 7 March 2015.
The incidents have occurred in Laverton, St Albans, Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, Keilor, Brunswick and Epping.
Detectives believe up to four men were involved in each incident and entered each venue armed with shotguns, rifles, handguns and edged weapons, threatening staff and patrons at gun point.
The offenders stole various amounts of cash and fled the scene in vehicles which are believed to have been recently stolen.
During an armed robbery, on 18 February, the offenders left the scene in a stolen vehicle and a short time later and forced another vehicle from the roadway.
The female driver and her young daughter were threatened at gun point and forcibly removed from the vehicle before the vehicle was stolen.
Police have released still images and CCTV footage in the hope that someone in the community can provide information leading to the arrest of the offenders.


Armed Crime Task Force Detective Inspector Steve Clark said police were concerned about the escalating violence shown by the offenders.
“To drag a woman and her young daughter from a car is particularly violent and takes their offending to a new level.
“To threaten a woman and her child like this is particularly concerning and we need to get these men off the streets.
“These men are running through hotels with guns, threatening people, assaulting people, placing patrons and the public in significant danger

Detectives from Altona North Embona are investigating following an armed robbery at a supermarket in Point Cook last month.
It’s believed that just after 8.40am on Friday 13 February a man approached the service desk of the Boardwalk Boulevard supermarket, produced a weapon and made demands for cash.
After he received an amount of cash, the man left the shopping centre on foot.
Police have released CCTV and images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived as being of Pacific Islander appearance, in his early to mid-20s, with a solid build and approximately 180cm tall.
He was wearing a white hooded jumper with a black t-shirt over the top, grey pants, a black cap with a white motif on the front and black thongs at the time.
Detectives from Fawkner Embona are investigating following an armed robbery at a service station in Ascot Vale last month.
It’s believed that just after 3.00am on Sunday 15 February an attendant was washing petrol pumps at the service station on Epsom Road when he was saw two men heading towards him.
Fearing the worst, the man turned to run back inside the store however the masked men caught up with him and forced him inside while threatening the attendant with small weapons.
Once inside, the men made demands for cash and cigarettes.
Once the attendant met their demands, both men fled on foot down Epsom Road where it’s believed they got into a car that then drove west along Maribyrnong Road.

Both men are perceived as being of African appearance, in their late teens to early 20s, with slim build and approximately 167cm – 172cm tall.
Both were wearing dark hooded jumpers, patterned bandanas and white peaked caps at the time.
One of the men was wearing khaki pants and the other was wearing dark-coloured pants.
Police are searching for a woman and a vehicle following a petrol drive off in Lynbrook earlier this month where a man was injured.
Investigators have been told that a white Toyota sedan has pulled into a petrol station on the Dandenong-Hastings Road around 9.30pm on 3 February.
A woman has filled the vehicle with petrol and a witness has then alerted staff to a possible theft.
The male staff member has then approached the vehicle, however the occupants have started to drive off.
The man then ended up on the hood of the car and fell off after the vehicle had travelled around 30m.
He sustained head and arm injuries and was conveyed to Dandenong Hospital.
Detectives from Casey Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and are appealing with anyone who has information about the incident or those involved to come forward.
The white Toyota sedan had a NSW number plate OKC 502, which had previously been reported stolen.
The female driver has been described as being of Caucasian appearance with brown hair that was possibly a wig.
Investigators have also released CCTV images of the woman and the vehicle.
Detectives are investigating following an armed robbery at a Werribee convenience store this morning.
Police have been told that a man armed with a handgun entered the convenience store on Synnot Street around 2.40am.
It’s believed the man threatened the staff member and forced him to hand over an amount of cash, before fleeing the scene.
No one was injured during the incident

The man is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall with dark hair.
He was wearing a light coloured hoodie over a dark jumper and blue pants.

Police have charged a 48-year-old woman following a series of alleged bag snatches in Melbourne’s north-west.
The woman was arrested by Northland Taskforce members who executed a search warrant at Moreland Road address in Coburg this morning.
She was interviewed in relation to 15 handbag thefts and deception offences across the Preston, Northcote and Brunswick areas.
The Coburg woman has been charged with four counts of theft and eight counts of obtain property by deception.
She has been bailed by police to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on 4 May.
Thieves brandishing a knife and a gun brazenly robbed an Italian social club in Parkville on Thursday night. Police said three people made off with a “quantity of cash” after robbing the Reggio Calabria Club on Brunswick Road in Parkville about 8:40pm. Armed Crime Squad detectives are investigating the incident.
Box Hill Embona Task Force detectives are investigating following an armed robbery at a Mulgrave convenience store last month.
Investigators have been told two men entered the Mulgrave store about 3pm on Monday 26 January.
One of the men produced a sawn-off firearm and made demands to the victim, while the other male stole cigarettes and cash.
Both men then left the store and escaped in a light blue sedan driven by a third person.
Police are investigating the incident and have released images and CCTV of two men they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
Both men are perceived to be of Asian appearance, of average height and of slim to medium build.
They were both wearing dark long sleeved jackets and dark pants at the time. One of the men was wearing thongs at the time, while the other was wearing white runners.
One of the men removed his balaclava before leaving the shop and is pictured above.
No clear description of the driver has been obtained at this time.
Sturt Police are currently searching the Hilton and Mile End areas following an attempt robbery at the Hilton Hotel.
Just after 11am, a man armed with a syringe threatened staff at the drive-thru bottle shop on South Road. The staff refused and the man ran off empty handed, last seen running west on Darebin Street Mile End.
There were no injuries.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian aged in his early 20’s, thin build, wearing a black t-shirt with a grey motif on the front and a white stripe on both sleeves, blue jeans and goatee. He was also carrying a black and white backpack.
